A DEEPER APPROACH TO CARE
Physical Therapy That Looks Deeper
Rather than treating only where it hurts, we take the time to understand how your body moves, where restrictions may be developing, and what factors may be contributing to your symptoms.
Every plan begins with a thorough evaluation and evolves with your progress. You receive focused, one-on-one care designed around your body, your goals, and the activities that matter to you.
OUR APPROACH
Thoughtful Care From Evaluation to Recovery
01
Investigate the Full Picture
Your evaluation looks beyond the immediate area of discomfort. We consider movement patterns, strength, mobility, injury history, daily demands, and personal goals.
02
Treat What Is Holding You Back
Your plan may combine hands-on care, targeted movement, strengthening, mobility work, education, and other techniques selected from what your evaluation reveals.
03
Rebuild Lasting Confidence
As symptoms improve, treatment shifts toward restoring strength, confidence, and function so you are prepared for the activities that matter most to you.
PERSONALIZED TREATMENT
Care Built Around How You Move
Physical therapy may be appropriate when pain, weakness, stiffness, or an injury is making everyday movement more difficult. Treatment is adapted to your current ability and the activities you want to return to.
- Neck and back discomfort
- Shoulder, hip, and knee concerns
- Muscle strains and restrictions
- Sports and activity-related injuries
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Strength and mobility limitations
- Balance and movement confidence
- Persistent or recurring pain
- Return to exercise or recreation
- Movement education

YOUR FIRST VISIT
What to Expect From Physical Therapy
Conversation
Your visit begins with a discussion about your symptoms, history, daily activities, previous treatment, and what you would like to accomplish.
Evaluation
Megan will assess relevant movement, mobility, strength, control, and other factors to better understand what may be contributing to your concerns.
Treatment Plan
You will receive a personalized plan based on the evaluation, including a clear explanation of what was found and how progress will be measured.
Guided Progress
Your plan develops as your body responds. Each visit builds on the last to support stronger, more comfortable, and more confident movement.

Your care is based on your evaluation, goals, and response to treatment.
Direct Clinical Attention
Your physical therapist remains actively involved throughout the appointment.
Clear Communication
You will understand what you are working on and why it matters.
Measurable Progress
Your plan is adjusted as your movement, function, and symptoms change.
INTEGRATED SERVICES
When Clinical Care Meets Advanced Training
For appropriate patients, whole-body EMS may be incorporated into a broader physical therapy or strength plan. The technology allows controlled muscle stimulation to be paired with guided movement under the supervision of a physical therapist.
EMS is not necessary for every patient. When appropriate, it can serve as one tool within a personalized plan designed around your movement, strength, and goals.
