Where to Park
Our primary patient parking lot is located behind the building and is reached from the alley off S Spotswood Street.

Use the Primary Lot
Turn into the alley from S Spotswood Street and enter the parking lot behind Littleton Station.

Overflow on Spotswood
Additional street parking is available along S Spotswood Street when the primary lot is full.

Avoid Littleton Boulevard
There is no dedicated patient parking on the Littleton Boulevard side of the building.
CHOOSE THE BEST ENTRANCE
Entering the Building
You have three ways to enter Littleton Station. Choose the option that best matches where you parked and your accessibility needs.

Main Corner Entrance
Recommended. Located in the main parking lot between the townhomes and the main building. This entrance includes stairs.

East Side Entrance
Accessible. This step-free entrance is designed for wheelchair access and anyone who prefers to avoid stairs.
03
Littleton Boulevard Entrance
Convenient when arriving by bus or on foot. Remember that there is no dedicated patient parking on this side.
BUILDING ACCESS
Use the Code From Your Reminder
When you arrive, use the entry code included in your appointment reminder text. Enter the code at the building door, then proceed inside.

ONCE YOU ARE INSIDE
Finding Suite 109
Anchor is located on the northwest corner of the building, with large corner windows overlooking Littleton Boulevard and S Spotswood Street.

Look for Littleton Station
The building is labeled Littleton Station 1950 above the main entrance.

Head to the Northwest Corner
Anchor occupies Unit 109 at the corner facing Littleton Boulevard and S Spotswood Street.

Follow Signs to Suite 109
Once inside the building, follow the posted signs directing you to Anchor and Suite 109.
